Indian Family with 2.5yr old baby Looking for Helper

We are a warm and professional family of three residing in Kowloon (860 sq ft) in search of a dedicated Domestic Helper who is eager to find a long-term home, not just a job. We desire someone who will embrace us as family and treat our 2.5-year-old son with the same love and care as her own. The Routine & Expectations:

• High Engagement: Our son is very active, and you will be responsible for ensuring his meals, baths, and transportation to school and afternoon activities. He will keep you quite busy when he is awake!
• Early Starts: You should be an early riser, as you will be tasked with preparing breakfast and lunch for the family before our child wakes up.
• Indian Cooking: We enjoy Indian cuisine, and you should be willing to learn our cooking style with my guidance. Please note that Indian cooking involves many utensils and requires a helper who is highly organized with kitchen management and cleaning.
• Honesty & Stability: We are looking for a mature and stable individual. We are not seeking someone focused on "fancy exploration" or short-term commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with our child and provide dedicated childcare.
• Perform full household cleaning and manage laundry.
• Assist with Indian cooking and occasional grocery shopping.

What We Offer:

• Salary: HKD $5,500 + Food Provided.
• Privacy: You will have your own separate room with an attached toilet (located off the kitchen).
• Support: As we often work from home, my parents visit twice a year and stay with us for about two months each visit. During these times, there will be two additional adults around, but they also assist with caring for the baby.
• Dinner: We eat late, but feel free to have your dinner early, based on your preference.

Requirements:

• Finished Contract (available to start around 15th May 2026).
• A proven track record of long-term employment with previous families (multiple contracts preferred).
• A genuine love for children and a "can-do" attitude toward learning new skills.
