Personal Assistant

Daily Care: Assisting her with personal hygiene, dressing, and brushing her hair.

Meals and Medication: Preparing healthy meals, reminding her to take her medications, and following her scheduled timings.

Comfort: Keeping her space tidy and well-ventilated, and preparing a comfortable chair or bed.

Emotional Support: Speaking to her kindly, listening to her, and playing what she enjoys (such as the Quran or TV programs).

Activities and Outings:

• Accompanying her on any trips or outdoor outings.

• Ensuring her safety while walking or sitting in public places.

• Gently reminding her of things she forgets without making her feel embarrassed.

Organization: Helping her arrange her belongings and reminding her where items are placed.

Safety: Not leaving her alone outside and staying close to her while she moves around.

Household Care: Handling general house cleaning, washing and ironing clothes, cooking meals, and maintaining overall cleanliness and order in the home.
