Personal Assistant / Research & Family Support

We are looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our family and support both my academic and business responsibilities.

I am currently pursuing a PhD and require someone who can assist with academic research, literature reviews, organizing references, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks related to my studies.

In addition, I own and manage a business, so the role includes supporting business operations, following up on project development, monitoring tasks, coordinating with team members, and helping ensure that business goals and project needs are met efficiently.

The position also involves providing English language support and tutoring for our three children, aged 15, 14, and 10, helping them improve their communication skills and assisting with their schoolwork when needed.

We are a respectful, educated, and understanding family consisting of two parents and three children. We value professionalism, honesty, confidentiality, initiative, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with PhD research, academic writing, and organization.
• Manage schedules, emails, and administrative tasks.
• Support business operations and follow up on project development and business needs.
• Coordinate tasks and monitor project progress.
• Tutor and communicate with our children in English.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Patient, professional, and comfortable working with children.
