Looking for a philipini domestic worker

I am looking for a domestic worker who is skilled in cooking and baking, and who is kind and caring with my children, aged two and four.

I live in an apartment, and we are a family of four: two adults and two children. We already have an Ethiopian housemaid who handles general household chores, except for cooking and baking.

Therefore, I need a worker who is proficient in cooking and can assist with household tasks when needed. Most importantly, she should be trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely enjoy her work.

The salary will be 150 Kuwaiti Dinars, which is higher than the usual salary offered by domestic worker agencies.
