Western Family looking for helper/cook

We are an American family that has lived in HK 20 years, and Shouson Hill flat 12 years.  Our flat has a communal garden and a lovely community of families, helpers and drivers.  Looking for someone that can independently manage household:  shop, cook, set meals (with my assistance at first), clean.   Must have experience cooking western food.  My last two live-in helpers worked with me 6 years each.  I have two daughters 12 16.  We have a lovely dog and two cats.   Helper has her own room and bathroom.  Kitchen has eat in stools - Helper eats what we eat.
