Looking for helper good in children and cats in Singapore

Me and wife, we have two kids - 4 year old girl (very active) and 1 year old boy. Our third kid is coming in Nov 2020.

We are looking for a helper to watch over the kids, take care of our cats, and clean the house.

Basic cooking is required mainly for the kids, and will need helper to send and pick up my girl from school (10 - 15mins walk away).

We currently stay in a 3 room flat (2 bed rooms) but hope to shift to a bigger place (5 room flat/ 4 bed rooms) by the end of the year so there is more space for everyone. She will have her own room as all the kids sleep with us.

As both me and my wife work in events, there might be some sundays where she might need to work, and she will be paid the off day rate.
