Domestic helper - baby care

We are simple family, working couples and a 1 year old plus girl with a new born baby later this year. Main duties are taking care of the baby and general housework, including cooking, cleaning shared with our current helper. The working hours are reasonable. We are looking for a 2nd helper and she can work along well with our current helper. We treat our helper as part of the family and hope she does the same. We respect our helper. The day off would be a Saturday or weekday for this role. Our current helper could share her current working experience and feelings with you if you are interested.
