Looking 2 helpers who want to work together

We are looking for 2 helpers who are related (e.g. sisters, cousins). 

Must have a heart to serve severe disability people and eager to learn new thing. 

Both helpers and my son will share one room.  

Daily routine and challenge is simply based on my son who cannot walk/talk/eat. he is on wheelchair, communicate with voice/facial expression/body language and passive feeding by gastrostomy tube.
