Young family looking for 2nd helper

We are a family with 2 young kids  (2 year old & 3 month old baby) looking for a 2nd helper. We are looking for someone who's responsible, loves children, patient, hard-working, can work independently without much direction. We need someone with experience looking after babies and toddlers, someone whom we can trust to look after our children. You will share a room with our other helper, with AC and own bathroom. We are flexible on the start date but ideally in April. Negotiable salary based on experience.
