Singaporean family looking for helper

About us: Friendly Singaporean family of 4 - Dad, Mum (housewife who does most of the cooking) and kids 10 & 13. Living in a condo in the NorthEast. Ground floor apartment, no pets. Looking for a helper who: - is organised and meticulous and can follow a daily schedule - is trustworthy - has a cheerful nature with a positive attitude Main job scope: - daily cleaning (making sure the house is kept clean and organised is our main requirement) - laundry - ad-hoc cooking - occasionally keeping an eye on the children and taking them to classes We can offer you: - Bomb shelter room with wifi - Every Sunday off (PH can be discussed) - Salary negotiable Prefer direct transfer without agent. Job Details - Get ready breakfast for kids at 5.45am (simple breakfast, cereal or bread, no need to cook) - Vacuum, mop, tidy, clean and dust the rooms, clear garbage - Wash toilets 3x a week - Laundry and ironing - Help with food prep (preparing ingredients) or sometimes cooking - Washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen - Preparing uniform & water bottles for the kids - Watering plants and keeping balcony clean - Regularly cleaning and checking the food cupboard and fridge for expired items and updating shopping list with what needs to be ordered every week Must have: - Awareness of what the job requires and must be happy to do it - A positive attitude and cheerful disposition - Initiative to find things to do, to upkeep the cleanliness of the house when there is not much work to do - Responsibility and maturity not to be on the phone while doing work
