My name is Enelly im Filipina , 50 years old. I have been working in Hong Kong for 19 years.

My First Employer is Chinese & Canadian have 1 boy aged 5 years old & 1 girl aged 3 years old. I work with Residential House at Kadoorie Ave. Ho man Tin. I work for 4 Years , finish contract.

My Second employer is Chinese Couple. I work for 15 years , im still currently working with them.

Well I love & have passion in cooking and baking .I completed 10 courses at Culinary Schools here in Hongkong with Certificates & Medals :

Cake & Icing, Basic Baking, Advance Baking, Professional Baking, Asian & Western Cooking, Meat Processing, Ice Cream Making, Thailand Cuisines, Japanese Cuisines, Korean Cuisines. I attend also seminars Barista - Gourmet Coffee & Bakery Mgnt. Etc
