Erlinda

My name is Erlinda, 59 years old, and Filipino. I'm the kind of person who really values honesty and works hard. I like to think I use common sense and can handle stress well. I'm patient, kind, and respectful. I can be a little sensitive at times, but I’m also very loving towards my family and friends. People tell me I'm trustworthy and I can get things done without needing to be told what to do. In Taiwan, I took care of twin babies who were 10 months old until they turned 7. Their parents both worked, so I made sure to look after the kids and their needs. While they napped, I did housework, but I also prepared their meals even when they were awake. I managed to carry one baby in a carrier on my back and hold the other one in front of me! It was quite a challenge, but I was able to get through it and complete my contract. Now that I'm in Hong Kong, I started by looking after another set of kids. The older one is 5 years old and the younger one was just 5 months old when I arrived. My employer is a stay-at-home mom, so she helps me out when things get tough. I handle cooking, shopping, laundry, ironing, and all the house chores. They love to host parties, which makes life a bit busy, but I manage to keep up. I'm finishing my contract on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
