Juvy Lyn

I am Juvy Lyn, 26, 5'4", and a Filipino domestic helper currently working in Hong Kong. I am a first-timer here and have been with my current employer for a month (2 months before my release date). My duties include full household work such as cleaning, laundry, organizing, and pet care. I also care for two dogs, and it is something that I truly loved and enjoy. 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the Philippines and can communicate well in English. I am responsible, independent, hardworking, and able to manage my time and follow instructions well. Before coming to Hong Kong, I worked as a domestic helper in the Philippines for 2 years and 7 months (August 2022 to March 2025). I also have two big dogs back home, so pet care is something I am very familiar with.

I am breaking my current contract because my employer requires me to work at another household every weekend, which I feel is unsafe and beyond our agreed-upon duties. I value safety, fairness, and transparency.  

I will be released on December 9, 2025, and I am hoping to find a kind and respectful employer who values honesty, professionalism, and good work ethics.
