I am Ana, 44 years old, single, and from the Philippines. I worked in Singapore for 12 years as a domestic helper. During that time, I took care of children, elderly family members, and pets, while also handling daily household chores like cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. I made sure the kids were ready for school, helped with their homework, and organized activities to keep them engaged. For the elderly, I prepared healthy meals, reminded them about their medicines, and provided companionship. I also looked after pets, making sure they were fed, groomed, and exercised. Over the years, I learned how to manage different responsibilities at once, stay patient, and adjust to the needs of the family. It was a challenging but very rewarding experience.
