Liza Jean

I am 35 years old, from Puerto princesa city palawan. mother of 3 children. I used to work as a food handler in a local restaurants around the city.  I am family oriented, hard working, multi tasking person and goal oriented. As my experiences, I have been working with patients with bed sores since they're bed ridden. And as a competitive caregiver, I worked hard to reduce and stopped from swelling and getting worst by looking after it. As a results, I got additional payment from the family member of my patient as appreciation for my hard work. 

I worked as a private caregiver for private individual since 2020 as my local experience and I graduated in November 2021 with caregiving course then I continued studying nursing assistant course while I do part time job as reliever/on call caregiver in some hospitals and home based job. I graduated in May 2022.

My job description from a caregiver was way too different from a nursing aide because of the skills has differences. I do house chores and taking care of pets, I do the laundry, I cook and clean the house. Whenever my patient has following check ups or must do dialysis as doctors appointment, I come with her/him to the hospital. 

I have handled patients with risky and critical conditions where my skills as a nursing assistant have applied to this situation. 

I cared for a stroke, bedridden, Pre-Op patients, unconscious and conscious and most of them were elderly.
