Hi, I'm Lanie. I'm a single mom with a 4-year-old kid, and I'm currently living in Manila, Philippines. Right now, I run a small food business, which is my main source of income. I graduated a vocational program in Computer Secretarial and also completed a Caregiver Course and got a caregiver certificate. I have plenty of experience in caring for infants and children, as well as elderly care and housekeeping. I've worked as a nanny and housekeeper in Singapore for three years and in the United Arab Emirates for another three years. Overall, I've spent six years as a nanny for two families, looking after kids aged between 0 to 5 years old. My main responsibilities included taking care of infants and children, cooking nutritious and tasty meals, teaching them about hygiene, organizing daily educational activities, and spending time with them during their school breaks. I also prepared them for school and made sure to pick them up after school and from extracurricular activities, as well i help with their homework while always ensuring their safety. As a housekeeper, I worked hard to keep both homes clean and organized. Besides the regular chores like cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping, I also did ironing and laundry while the kids were busy. I handle shopping and cooking, which includes Asian, Western, and some Arabic dishes. I even know how to bake bread, pastries, cakes, and make sweets! I love exploring new recipes from cookbooks and social media to learn about different cultural dishes. Additionally, I have experience working in a home healthcare company, assisting various elderly patients with their medical and daily needs as a nursing assistant. I truly enjoy working with children and I pride myself on being reliable, patient, organized, and family-oriented. I value honesty, trust, and respect in everything I do.
