I have previous experience working in the BPO industry as both a Telesales Representative and a Customer Service Representative, where I was responsible for handling a wide range of customer concerns and providing support through phone interactions. This role strengthened my communication skills, taught me how to remain calm under pressure, and helped me develop excellent patience and active listening abilities, qualities that I consider key strengths of mine.

In addition to my BPO experience, I also worked as a domestic helper in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, where I was responsible for maintaining a clean and organized household, preparing meals, and supporting the daily needs of my employer. This role required a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, traits that I carry with me in every role I take on.
