Looking for a great helper

We are a family of 3 members - myself, a husband, 1 child and a small dog. We are looking for a helper, who has a strong work ethic, is honest, respectful, responsible, and reliable. Some one who is great at following instructions and also work independently while keeping in mind of family's preferences. We would want someone super clean, organized and manage time efficiently.

Main duties will be looking after a dog, childcare, house cleaning, cooking and groceries. 

We don't need someone with extensive experience or someone who can run the entire household on their own, we are happy as long as a helper is willing to learn and hardworking.

Please note that It is importatnt for us to speak to a previous employer.
