Kind Chinese Family Seeking 2 Helpers – Long-term & Respectf

About our familyWe are a warm and friendly Chinese family with three children — two boys and one girl, aged around 8, 7, and 4. All of our children attend international schools.

I am an easy-going, respectful, and considerate employer. I truly value a happy, trusting, and long-term relationship with our helpers. We hope our home can be a comfortable and positive place for you, because we believe when the helper is happy, the whole family becomes happier.

What we are looking forWe are looking for two helpers (Filipino or Indonesian) who:

• Speak fluent English with a clear accent
• Are kind, cheerful, and love children
• Enjoy playing, reading, and spending time with kids
• Can help with:
• Reading and storytelling
• Playing and engaging activities
• Basic homework support
• Have at least high school education (college degree or teaching background is a plus)

We welcome helpers who are willing to learn cooking and baking. It is okay if you are not experienced — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.

Work style & expectations

• Share childcare and household duties between two helpers
• Be a positive, warm, and cooperative person
• Good communication and teamwork between helpers
• One helper who can drive in Hong Kong (with license) is preferred

Rest days & flexibility

We prefer helpers who are flexible with rest days.If you are willing to work on weekends, we are happy to provide extra compensation or arrange alternative rest days.

Long-term relationship

We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term.After completing the first 2-year contract, we are happy to increase salary every year.
