College-Educated / Self-Driven Helper for Family of 3

Job Details:

-Location: Singapore

-Household Type: Condo (~2,700 sqft / 4 Bedrooms + 1 Helper Room + 5 Bathrooms)

-Family Members: 2 Adults + 1 Child (5-year-old girl). No elderly, no pets.

-Off Days: 2 Sunday Off-days per month (with compensation for working Sundays, if applicable).

-Accommodation: Private helper room. (Note: You will sleep in the girl's bedroom on a separate bed to accompany her at night).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Self-Management & Schedule Planning: Must be capable of creating, organizing, and executing her own daily and weekly housekeeping schedule based on the family's routine without needing constant supervision.

2. Housekeeping & Organization: Deep cleaning, daily maintenance, laundry, and ironing for a ~2,700 sqft condo. Exceptional attention to detail and strict hygiene standards are required.

3. Cooking: Daily meal preparation. Must be willing and eager to follow YouTube tutorials or recipes provided by the employer to learn new dishes.

4. Childcare:

-Assist the 5-year-old girl with her morning and bedtime routines (washing up, brushing teeth, changing, etc.).

-Accompany her to weekend classes/activities or outdoor outings when needed.

-Light supervision and companionship during weekends or school holidays.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

-Education & Language: College/University Degree required. Must speak fluent and clear English.

-Experience Location: Open to all backgrounds. Ex-Singapore, Ex-Hong Kong, Ex-Middle East, local Philippines experience, or Fresh helpers are all welcome to apply as long as you meet the qualification standards.

-Self-Management & Time Management: High level of autonomy. Must be proactive in planning work, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and maintaining accountability for her own routine.

-Personal Hygiene & Grooming (Fragrance-Free Policy):

-Exceptional personal hygiene standards with a clean, neat, and presentable appearance (hair must be tied back neatly during work hours).

-Strictly no perfume, scented lotions, or heavily fragranced laundry detergents/beads on workdays. We maintain a fragrance-free household.

-Work Ethics & Standards (Strict Requirements):

-Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation: We value self-driven helpers who take pride in their work; we do not want someone who needs continuous pushing or micromanagement.

-Mental resilience & positive mindset: Must be open-minded, accept constructive feedback gracefully, and adjust methods quickly based on instructions.

-Zero tolerance for "soft-quitting": No passive-aggressive behavior or "acting tired/indifferent" while on duty.

-Phone Usage Policy: Phone usage is strictly limited to your designated daily resting time or after work hours (not allowed during active working hours).
