I am Melody Morales, 42, married with 4 kids. I still in my current contract and about to finish for 8 years in one employer. I am hardworking, thrustworthy and a kids lover. I decided not to renew my contract although they still want me because i want to try and learn more from other nationality if given a chance. Increasing knowledge and experience is my main reason of leaving my employer. I prefer a western employer since i'd been working to a chinese employer for over 1 decade already.
