Looking for a sincere and cheerful helper

I am looking for a sincere helper who can speak fluent English. I believe privacy and respect are very important to each other. Our house is around 450 feet and you can have an individual room. Housechores are just very easy and simple. We are family of four with two daughters aged 6 and 10. They are very easy to take care. The elder one can manage herself a lot. You only need to help her not too much. You will mainly do the cooking, housechores and take care of the kids.
