Western family looking for a helper

We are a Western family with 3 girls (8yo, 6yo and 4yo), no pets, and we live in the Mid-Levels. We have been living in Hong Kong for 13 years and are staying in Hong Kong for the long term as my husband has his own investment firm in Hong Kong. We are practising Christians. 

The flat is large (2600 sft) so we have to work with two aunties. Both of them are leaving sadly, after 8 years working together with us, but for wonderful new projects for their families so we are happy for them.

Main Duties include: looking after the children, taking them to their school/activities, house cleaning, laundry and cooking. The aunties take turns / alternate each week for the different tasks so all do the same work. 

Experience of the helper required: At least 4 to 5 years’ experience, and preferably at least one experience with a Western family. 

Helper’s Accommodation: Separate bedroom and bathroom, to be shared with another helper. Bedroom medium sized, and fully renovated with own exit. Bunk bed, large wardrobe, and various storage places.

Helper’s Off: Sundays (and it goes without saying, all statutory holidays)

Other requirements: Ready to work with another helper, good cooking skills, hard-working, patient and kind. The happiness of our aunties is paramount. We want them to be happy working together.

We pay above average salary depending on experience, with increase at each renewal, bonuses and usually pay extra holidays to the Philippines when the circumstances allow. Food is provided by the employer and our aunties can buy and cook whatever they prefer to eat.
