Looking for Honest, Educated, social housemaid

We are a family of 3 members ( my sister, father and mother). My mother and sister need special care. We already have a Filipino helper who take care of them, however, we need another housemaid, so each helper will work on shift basis because my mother needs special care. The helper should speak English fluently as my mother may visit hospital from time to tmie and the helper should discuss my mother situation with the doctors.

The housemaid will also take care of the house cleaning, cooking, etc.
