We have developed a process to screen workers, understand their skills and weaknesses, and match families with good potential candidates, using technology to make the process more efficient. Since May 2019, when we placed our first helper, White Glove has grown to be one of the top 8% of all agencies in Singapore that place domestic helpers by volume, and have many happy clients and helpers to count as our friends now. 

When we work with a family, we take care not only to make sure the client is satisfied, but also to make sure the helper is happy with her choice and has a fair benefits package. We can customize the contracts to accommodate your unique benefits package. When trouble arises, we are here to counsel helpers and employers to try to mediate situations to the mutual benefit of both parties. We cultivate relationships that last, and customer service is our top priority. We care about our families and helpers.

We are a full service company that can not only place and do paperwork only for local transfer helpers, but also place helpers from the Philippines and other countries abroad. Whether you are looking to relocate from another country such as Hong Kong, and bring your helper with you, or if you have found a helper overseas but you need help with the paperwork, or simply need help with the contracts and paperwork for a local hire, we are here to help make the process smooth and efficient, and can do all of your paperwork electronically with e-signatures. We are fully accredited with the Philippines embassy, and can do OEC processing if your Filipino helper will be going home for home leave.
