Course: First Aid, CPR and Use of AED by New Age Caregiver Academy

A. The purpose of the course is to support the underpinning knowledge necessary to be a competent first aider.

B. Entry Requirements:

  • Overseas foreign workers
  • HK ID Card Holder
  • Age: 21 years old and above
  • Comprehensive in English

C. Structure: One unit

D. Assessment Method

  1. Written Assessment
  2. Practical Assessment

E. After completion and passed the assessments, the learner is eligible to obtain:

  1. HK Certificate – First Aid, CPR & Use of AED with TOR issued by NACA
  2. TQUK Level 2 Award in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation (RQF)

 

F. Course Fees: HK$1,200 (Fees including the 2 classes - guided learning studies including lectures and skill practice, TQUK CPR module, assessments, and CPR Certificate (as stated above) upon completion of the course and passing the assessments)
