Australian family looking for experienced helper

We are a very welcoming family looking for a helper to look after our 3 year old son.  The helper must be experienced in childcare with good english speaking skills.   Preference is a qualified care giver.   Our son is very active so we are looking for someone who can be active with him, run, ride bikes, be outdoors, as well as be interested in reading and playing games with him.    We are looking for someone with common sense and the  ability to be proactive and think for themselves without being told how to carry out every detailed tasks.     That is carry out their duties with minimal supervision.     They also need to be able to cook and follow simple recipes.  We would like this person to be part of our family and travel with us on holidays as well.
