Chinese family look for domestic helper

We are Chinese family in Singapore and have a 2 years old kid and going to have 2nd kid in coming Dec. Looking for domestic help to help taking care of new born baby, send child to childcare, do general house cleaning, cooking.
My parents are from China and they will fly between China and Singapore frequently. When they are in Singapore, they will stay with us. However, my parents only 50 years plus, no need helper to take care of them.
We stay in Condominium and can offer a maid room for the helper. Sorry but the maid room is without aircon and with fan only.
We are looking for a nice lady who loving kids and cooking. We also expect the helper can accept work on off-days.
