Chinese and Western Family looking for First Helper

My Name is David, i an from Hong Kong, and my wife is american, we are a young couple, first time looking for a helper (Philippines or Indonesia). We have one kid 5 years old (daughter), Planning to have a baby. We are living in Central - Mid level. Our house around 1000 size, Helper will have her Own room, and Sunday off. We won't offer any stay out and Saturday night stay out to helper. We are looking for the helper is going to Finish contract in Hong kong (July or August), and we can let you take vacation first around 1 month before start work for me. We are looking for the helper age no more 50. Thank you.
