NEWBORN caretaker needed

We are looking for someone with newborn care taking experiences. A mother would be preferable. Good English communication skills since my husband and I will rely on texts to give instructions during the day. A pet lover would be fantastic as we have a shiba who needs to be walked 3-4 times a day.  We will be very happy if you know some basic gardening skills as we have quite a number of indoor and outdoor plants. We have many recipes for meals so if you are good at cooking or enjoy cooking, we will be glad to have you. Or if you are good with following recipes, that would still work for us. During the day from Mondays to Fridays, my husband and I will be out at work so you will have the whole house to yourself with my baby boy and the dog. We hope to find someone organised so we can feel comfortable leaving our newborn and a dog for the whole day.
