Hong Kong family is looking the good helper

We live in Fanling, we have the full time job,so we are looking for the good helper who could  help us to look after my two children and handle housework, eg cleaning, filing and housekeeping. My family is so nice and hearted, so I also expect my helper is nice and polite. Also listening and learning also are important because helper need enhance my request and standard. I like communicating with helper. I treat my helper as family member, so honesty is the most important.
