French family looking for helper-carer

We are a family of 4 (couple and son age 11 years) plus our child-dog 13 years. Looking for a loving responsible caring animal lover to look after our adorable elderly Pug who is half paralysed. Taking him out 4x a day, giving him his medication, gently exercising and massaging his limbs and give lots of cuddles:)
Someone also efficient at cleaning thoroughly and good at preparing healthy meals (western and asian).
