Professional family with a 2.5 year old on mid levels

Hi, we're looking for a trustworthy, patient and loving helper to mainly take care of our 2.5 year old son and do some house chores where possible. One grandparent is around 70% of the time to play with my son so you will need to know how to treat elders with respect too. She is a retired college professor though so very reasonable and nurturing.  You will share a room with our toddler son now (trying to clear up the maid's room of storage stuff so that you can have your own space, but no guarantee when it can be done), but feel free to use our club house (the reading room is free, tennis/badminton court has charges though), lobby/garden(free obviously), and gym (costs 10hkd) on ur day off.  Free wifi is available at gym/club house. Our day usually ends around 9pm and starts around 6am (my son occasionally wakes up before 6am) so if you like you can go for a walk in the garden too before u retire to bed every night. Criteria:

1. You must be currently in HK with a "Finished Contract" or "Termination due to relocation/financial" status.

2. And you must have a reference letter from your existing/ex-employer, or they are contactable for reference.

3. You must have at least 4 years of experience taking care of young children and age below 45.
