Australian Chinese Family Looking for a second Helper

We are Australian Chinese Family looking for a 2nd helper who can eventually replace the current one when she reaches her retirement age. We are looking for someone who is able to work under minimum instruction with pleasant personality. We have two girls, 4 and 7 years old, both are going to international schools from 8:30 to 3pm. The main duties for the new helper would be 1) send off/ pick up of kids; 2) bring them to after-school activities; 3) housekeeping ; 4) tutoring; 5) cooking upon request.  Fluent English is a must, and Mandarin would be plus. Experience with driving in HK is a clear advantage.  We prefer someone who know the concept to cook Chinese and Western dishes, and is willing to learn through practice.  We provide attractive benefits and holiday arrangement for both helpers.
