Looking for a joyful, honest helper with good attitude

We are a simple family with two kids. My girl is 12 years old and my son is 9 years old. Both of my kids are polite, kind and independent. The main duties are to cook, do housework, buy food from the market and do groceries.

We are looking for a helper who is

1. Joyful, honest, good attitude and flexible
2. Able to speak English fluently
3. Good at cooking or interested in cooking.
4. Know how to keep the house tidy and clean
5. Not older than 45 years old
