Western-Chinese family with kids looking for help

We are a European-Chinese family. I am moving to HK with my 3 year old daughter and 1.5 year old son. My husband will be coming to stay with us in Hong Kong 10 days per month but will be based mostly in Europe. My daughter goes to school for half a day and my son will begin to go to playgroup from Jan 2019. The most important thing is to find someone that loves children and can take care of my son during the day when I am at work. She is also expected to help with other household work or cooking. We currently have a nanny in Europe where we live and she is essentially part of our family but unfortunately she cannot move with us to HK. We wish to find someone that is loving, loyal, kind, and capable and we intend to treat her as part of our family. She should be willing to help out wherever help is needed as we live together. She should ideally have experience taking care of young children.
