Western family looking for helper/nanny

Hi,

We are looking for helper who will begin as soon as possible, who love babies , who love to play with them and sing songs all the day in english. who like cooking good home made food . who is organized and can manage two babies.  who understand quiqkly our way of mind.

we follow a routine, breakfast -cleaning -playroom/playgroup - lunch- nape -snack -playroom/playground-dinner-bed times  (cooking times during the nape or other times when i keep the babies anyway is always focus on kids and nothing else ! ), babysitting some evening .

We need someone who can build very good relation ship with our kids, believe in their potential , help them , try to understand and respect their feelings , we would like to find the good person who would like to stay with our family  , to follow us maybe in other countries.

this job is not easy , two babies cant be manage by everybody , so a young person with lot of energy will be probably better but we are open minded about that and also with a good experience with newborn and first aids . please dont apply if you are not the good person , we already lost our times and its really not good for our kids.
