Good attitude, transparent and honest, trustworthy helper

Hi there,

Interested in a reliable, suitable helper who is finishing contract, who already resides in HK. whos looking to stay.

Our management style is one of transparency, and confrontive about issues and concerns. We also don't like the idea of micromanaging and love to encourage purposeful and principle based approach to tasks. We place high value in progressive mindset.

We are looking to terminate the contract with current helper asap - and would like to start interview process also immediately.

My husband and I have a 21 month old daughter currently, who will be starting prenursery school in august/sep if covid19 allows. so it would be just about picking and dropping her off and basic domestic tasks in between..

Our focus lies heavily on values, english level and compatibility of mindsets.
