Looking for helper to take care of 2 babies

We are a simple family of 4.  We have 1 newborn and another 20 month old baby.  We live in Kwun Tung and both of us have fulltime jobs.  We will have 2 helpers working for us in total. The helpers will together be responsible for all the chores, marketing, and cooking in addition to looking after the babies.  We need someone who loves babies and children and must have adequate experience in taking care of newborns and young toddlers.  We need someone who is honest, healthy, hardworking, reliable and patient who is able to provide the high level of attention and loving care babies need day and night.  The helper must practice good hygiene and food safety in our household.  Experience in cleaning and cooking simple Chinese meals is expected.  Knowing some Cantonese, experience with marketing, baking would be favorable.
