Looking for a caring, attentive, reliable and trusworthy helper

We are expecting a new born baby in mid of May 2017. There is no elderly at home. We would like to look for a person who is caring and experienced to look after new born baby, keeping our house clean and tidy. Cooking is required (but not so often though). We are fair employer we understand mutual respect is very important for human beings, a private room will be provided too. However, me and my husband expect our helper to be on time, caring to our baby, reliable and transparent with communication.
