Chinese Single Mother looking for a helper

I am a Single mother and living with one daughter - 21 yrs old and we have a large breed of dog. Our dog is harmless and gentle.  I have one car.  So the job duties are car washing once or twice a week, cooking, ironing, groceries, take the dog out for walking, all households jobs,..etc. Our house is only 800 sq.ft with 2 bedrooms and a small balcony.
