Korean family with 3 years old girl

We are a family of 1 kid ( 3 year old girl) and is looking for a helper:

- who is happy, healthy, child-loving (good at playing with kids) and patient (no yelling/anger)
- who had stayed with the employer for at least 4 years
- who has a high standard of hygene (very good at cleaning)
- non-smoker, non-kleptomania (no stealing, and honest person)
- with good English accent
- who can manage not to look at mobile phone during working hours (personal time during working hours is not permitted without consent)
- who has good attitude and respect

* work experience with a Korean family (at least 4 years) is highly preferred
