Good opportunity for serious helpers

We are a couple, no kids and 2 senior dogs. We live in Tai Tam. We are seeking a helper who has a strong professional attitude and understands that I am not your friend, counsellor or guardian. You are able to respect this boundary.  You have a minimum of 2 years experience in organising and cleaning 1700sqft or larger sized homes.

You must have the following requirements:

1.  Your are female finishing your contract in HK soon.
2.  You are comfortable with a stay at home Mam almost full time
3.  You are very clean hygienic
4.  You are positive and have a friendly attitude
5.  You take pride in doing a good job as a helper
6.  You keep your personal life / problems separate to your job
7.  You are comfortable working away from your friends and family on extended basis
8.  You can do different tasks at the same time, prioritise duties and get the job done without fuss
8.  You are highly flexible quickly adapt yourself to situations
9.  You understand that you must prove yourself first and that loyalty must be earned in the longer term

Job description

1.  Household chores, cleaning laundry -  We have high expectations about the quality of your work
2.  Helping with the dogs,
3.  Car washing,
4.  Sometimes cooking when asked to, and 5.  Run errands when required

I am a no nonsense employer who is task oriented, with high expectations and standards.   In return, I am also very fair and if you are the right person, in the longer term you will be rewarded very well.
