2 adult 1 girl 👧 5 yrs old

we are family of 3 one kid 5 years old living in choi hung area. Need finished contract or special case helper to start work from June. 
Family Details:
* 700 sqft house size 
Duties:
* Basic housework  
* Good cooking skills, including the ability to follow recipes and bake
* cleaning  
* Play/ go to park and school with kids 
Requirements:
* Non-smoker 
* Experience with young kid and love kid
* Patient, and compassionate, Careful and honest 
* English / Mandarin
* Must be in Hong Kong 
* Must have completed a contract in Hong Kong or been terminated with a good reason  
* Employer references is preferred 
* Live-in only.
* under 40 yrs
* At least 2 consecutive contracts with same employer 
* Hygienic
