2 adults and 2 kids 2 helpers

We are a warm and caring family of four
2 adults
Two children: 6 months old baby boy and a 2.5 years old girl (who attends school during the day)
We currently have one Indonesian helper and are looking to hire a second helper to share responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities
Childcare
Provide loving care and supervision for the 2.5 year old girl and 6 month old baby boy
Engage in age appropriate play and learning activities
Assist with feeding, bathing, nap routines
Be patient, gentle, and attentive to children’s emotional and physical needs

Housekeeping
General cleaning and tidying of the home
Organizing household items

Cooking and market
Prepare daily meals for family
Shop for groceries and household supplies at the market
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Language and communication
Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with the family and children

Ideal candidate
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
Kind-hearted and patient, especially with small children
Enjoys playing and interacting with kids
Able to work collaboratively with another helper
Experience in childcare and household management
