Looking for helper for two working adults

We are looking for a live-in helper who must currently in Hong Kong and finish contract or terminate with good reasons e.g. relocation, financial problem, employer passed away. The candidate must provide reference letter. Prefer with min 2 yrs Middle East plus min 2 yrs HK experience. 

We are a working couple living in 1,000+ sqft apartment. No children, no pets, no elderly and only a simple family mostly out for work during weekday. 

Helper will have own room and shower/toilet, Sunday off. We treat my helper with respect and want to find someone good to work for me long term. Willing to pay long services. Ex-maid worked for me 8 years and we paid her long services and extra bonus.

Job duties: Cooking, cleaning, marketing, ironing, wash clothes, car wash, etc.,
