3 people family with a 1-year old baby

Hi there, Me and my husband are looking for a helper to take care of our baby, who is turning 1 year old. My mom will also be with us, who will take care of the baby and share some household with you. We also have a cat. We are looking for someone who is honest, loving, tidy, and capable. The most important is be patient with the baby and have the ability to organise things nicely. We are very reasonable people and would evaluate the work quality and work load and could even pay bonus. The key is proactive work attitude, not just do the things being told to do.
