A family looking for a helper

We are a family of four. Our daughter in the college and son in the primary school. We want to find a helper whose duties are handle household chores, especially be good at cooking and take care of child. Hope my helper have honest character, good work attitude, and an optimistic spirit in life. We are also willing to help her overcome challenges to work better and more happily.
