Family looking for domestic helper

Hi we are a very simple family, my husband and I and one kid of 2 years 2 months. He is a happy boy and very independent in eating already. Responsibilities are cooking for the kid, changing diaper, bringing him to school, washing clothes, dishes and cleaning. My father is not living in the same house but he comes to play with the kid during weekdays. So the main important duty is to look after the little boy. Since our original helper has some personal issues, she needs to go back to Philippine urgently, that is why we need to recruit a new one. We provide an independent room for the helper and we are straight forward family. Please share honestly expectations each other. Contract starting date, salary and benefits are negotiable.
