A family of two adults and two kids is looking for a helper

We are a family of two adults and two children(one 5 years old boy and one 2.5 years old girl), two children are currenrly going to school full day. We are looking for a helper who will share bedroom with my daughter and will be responsible for taking care of kids, cooking, cleaning  and  all other housework. We are originally from Taiwan and have oversea background so can speak fluent English, we hope to find someone who has good comunication skills and pleasant personality. It's very important for us to find someone who loves to spend time with kids and trustworthy as both of us have a full time job. Given we need to work in daytime, we also hope the helper can make work arrangement very efficient so that she can concentrate on spending time with the kids after they come back from school in the afternoon.
